Well now I'll talk about a very important thing on sports for me, I think. Two different subjects with a big connection: psychology and sports.
Over the years the psychology training is more and more important and developed. Why does this two different themes joined? Well I think this is simply: In sports you must have to be motivated. I'm a sports lover and a sportsman so I can tell than motivation is largely responsible for our performance and I think that is consensual. When you do sports you mainly have to fight, have claw and believe. Here then is the motivation and its importance becauseverything is not always easy or as we wish, sometimes things do not run like you want and it is in these moments that we have to overcome as individuals/team. So when you are looking for the best performance you will need the psychology allied to sports. Nowadays there are various professional teams looking of sports psychology training, because psychology turns out to be important in several aspects. In sport are many skills required of athletes and throughout their career they have to meet all requirements and overcome all obstacles that may worsen your performance.



Reasons for the necessity of sports psychology training:

  • Voltage control.

Principles of Psychological Training in Sports:
  • Own initiative: The decision to participate in a program of psychological training is only the athletes themselves, not being imposed by others.
  • Understanding: The athlete must understand the whole process of their training. Knowing and getting used to the technique, it involves and engages, acquiring a personal will to achieve the goal.
  • Confidence: From the sense of confidence and purpose of psychological training, the chance of success is much 
  • Individuality: The various techniques of psychological training must respect the personality, experiences and attitudes of practitioners, so it must be designed in a personalized 
  • Discipline: Looks like regularity, continuity and consequence must be included for training to be subjected to an organized and sustainable.
  • Methods: From the first effects of the training, he becomes permanently used in competitions.
  • Economy: Train the minimum possible maximum performance.
  • Integration: The integration of physical training with the psychological training so well distributed.
  • Advice: With time athletes can use the techniques themselves, but it is always good advice from a qualified professional when needed to.
  • Success: It's a combination of factors that lead to success. The psychological training is only one factor and not a miracle. No use the athlete not well physically, for example.

The sports psychology training should have the following effects on athletes:
