Prevent Sports Injuries


In sport there are often injuries, there is no way to avoid them however there are ways to prevent and make it less likely contracted it.
I'll leave some advices how to prevent


  • A good and through eating
A good way to prevent injuries is a good warm-up, muscles "warm" are more flexible and less likely to ha injured.
  • Use popper equipment 
We should always use the proper equipment, the use of safeguards and appropriate material to sport we play is vital in helping to prevent injuries.
  • Wait always full cure of a lesion
A poorly healed lesion may lead to a more severe lesion, we give always good time in the  healing process of a lesion to the injured site correctly recover.
  • Respect and fair play
Respect for the opponent and fair play are very important, should be avoided violent and dangerous faults that endanger the physical integrity of the adversary.
